You would think that the government of India, a country facing very, very serious energy challenges, would do whatever it could to help solve those problems.
Forget it. Honda just introduced India to the first hybrid electric motor vehicle. But because the vehicle will carry an incredibly high import duty slapped on by the Indian government, its price tag will be astronomical. www.autoexpo.
